Wanneer we drinken uit de beker waarvoor we God danken, vieren we dan niet gezamenlijk dat Christus' bloed voor ons vergoten is? En wanneer we het brood breken, gedenken we dan niet gezamenlijk dat Christus zijn leven voor ons gaf?

The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?
