પૂર્વ દિશામાં ફ્રાત નદીથી અરણ્યની સરહદ સુધી તેમનો વિસ્તાર હતો. કેમ કે ગિલ્યાદ દેશમાં તેઓના પશુઓની સંખ્યા ઘણી હતી.
