E Salomone sedette sopra il trono del Signore, per esser re, in luogo di Davide, suo padre, e prosperò, e tutto Israele gli ubbidì.

Then Solomon sat on the throne of the LORD as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him.
