แล้วดาวิดตรัสกับซาโลมอนโอรสของพระองค์ว่า “จงเข้มแข็งและกล้าหาญ และทำให้สำเร็จเถิด อย่ากลัวเลย อย่าขยาด เพราะว่าพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้า คือพระเจ้าของข้าจะทรงสถิตกับเจ้า พระองค์จะไม่ทรงปล่อยให้เจ้าล้มเหลวหรือทอดทิ้งเจ้า จนกว่างานทั้งสิ้นสำหรับงานปรนนิบัติแห่งพระนิเวศของพระเยโฮวาห์จะสำเร็จ

And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do it: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the LORD God, even my God, will be with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.
