இஸ்ரவேலை வானத்தின் நட்சத்திரங்கள்போல பெருகச்செய்வேன் என்று யெகோவா சொல்லியிருந்ததால், தாவீது இருபது வயதுமுதல் அதற்குக் கீழுள்ளவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கையைக் கணக்கெடுக்கவில்லை.
