ఈ విధంగా ఏర్పాటైన తరగతులనుబట్టి యెహోవా మందిరంలో వంతుల ప్రకారం తమ సోదరులు సేవ చెయ్యడానికి ఈ ద్వారపాలకులు, అంటే వాళ్ళలో ఉన్న పెద్దలు వాళ్ళను జవాబుదారులుగా నియమించడం జరిగింది.
