แล้วโอรนันกราบทูลดาวิดว่า “ขอทรงรับไปเถิดพ่ะย่ะค่ะ และขอกษัตริย์เจ้านายของข้าพระองค์กระทำสิ่งที่พระองค์ทรงเห็นชอบเถิด นี่พ่ะย่ะค่ะ ข้าพระองค์ขอถวายวัวสำหรับเครื่องเผาบูชา และถวายเลื่อนนวดข้าวให้เป็นฟืน แล้วข้าวสาลีเป็นธัญญบูชา ข้าพระองค์ขอถวายหมด”
