પછી યોઆબે લડવૈયા માણસોની ગણતરીનો કુલ આંકડો દાઉદને જણાવ્યો. ઇઝરાયલમાં અગિયાર લાખ તલવાર ચલાવી શકે તેવા પુરુષો હતા. એકલા યહૂદિયામાં ચાર લાખ સિત્તેર હજાર સૈનિકો હતા.
