Baada ya Waaramu kuona kwamba wameshindwa na Israeli, wakapeleka wajumbe na kuwataka Waaramu wengine kutoka ngʼambo ya Mto Frati, wakiongozwa na Shofaki, jemadari wa jeshi la Hadadezeri.
