1. ദിനവൃത്താന്തം 17:11

നീ നിന്റെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ അടുക്കൽ പോകേണ്ടതിന്നു നിന്റെ ജീവകാലം തികയുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ നിന്റെശേഷം നിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരിൽ ഒരുവനായ നിന്റെ സന്തതിയെ എഴുന്നേല്പിക്കയും അവന്റെ രാജത്വം സ്ഥിരമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.

¶ And it shall come to pass, when thy days be expired that thou must go to be with thy fathers, that I will raise up thy seed after thee, which shall be of thy sons; and I will establish his kingdom.
