I CRONICHE 17:17

E pure anche, o Dio, ciò ti è paruto poco; ed hai parlato della casa del tuo servitore per un lungo tempo a venire; e mi hai provveduto di questo grado, come per un ordine di successione umana, o Signore Iddio.

And yet this was a small thing in thine eyes, O God; for thou hast also spoken of thy servant’s house for a great while to come, and hast regarded me according to the estate of a man of high degree, O LORD God.
