എന്നാൽ യഹോവയുടെ നിയമപെട്ടകം ദാവീദിന്റെ നഗരത്തിൽ എത്തിയപ്പോൾ ശൗലിന്റെ മകളായ മീഖൾ കിളിവാതിലിൽകൂടി നോക്കി, ദാവീദ് രാജാവു നൃത്തം ചെയ്യുന്നതും പാടുന്നതും കണ്ടു ഹൃദയത്തിൽ അവനെ നിന്ദിച്ചു
