దావీదు బేత్లెహేము నీటి కోసం ఆశ పడ్డాడు. “బేత్లెహేములోని బావిలో నీళ్ళు నాకెవరు తెస్తారు? ఆ ఊరి ద్వారం దగ్గర ఉన్న బావి నీళ్ళు నా దాహం తీర్చడానికి నాకెవరు తెస్తారు?” అన్నాడు.
