arb_vdvأَخْبَارِ ٱلْأَيَّامِ ٱلْأَوَّلُ 11:8
وَبَنَى ٱلْمَدِينَةَ حَوَالَيْهَا مِنَ ٱلْقَلْعَةِ إِلَى مَا حَوْلِهَا. وَيُوآبُ جَدَّدَ سَائِرَ ٱلْمَدِينَةِ.

And he built the city round about, even from Millo round about: and Joab repaired the rest of the city.
